1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the car rental planning and listing experience provided under the deployvaultx.com website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service may include search, listing, request/booking initiation, and communication features with rental providers. Where you finalize a booking with a provider, additional terms of that provider may apply.

2. User responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when you submit requests and complete any required forms.
• You must not misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt operations, bypass access controls, or scrape data in a way that is not supported by the Service.
• You must not submit requests that you know are false, misleading, or intended to bypass a provider’s legitimate booking requirements.

3. Booking requests and limitations

Any booking request you submit through the Service is a request to a rental provider. Availability, pricing, and final conditions are determined by the provider.

We do not guarantee that a provider will accept your request or that the final price will match any displayed estimate.

If booking/ordering is conducted through the website for a distance transaction with a provider, you may be required to receive mandatory pre-contract information and confirmation consistent with consumer-distance contract rules under: Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII.

4. Consumer information and contract formation

For B2C service sales (including distance/online arrangements), the flow for landing/checkout (as applicable to the relevant provider) must provide consumer-specific information and enable contract formation/confirmation consistent with consumer-protection rules under: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.

5. Advertising and marketing content

Any offers or promotional content used to attract customers must comply with general advertising requirements and permitted claims under: Закон України "Про рекламу" від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.

If the Service includes electronic marketing communications (such as phone, SMS, or email), such communications must not be sent as spam and generally require prior written consent under: Закон України "Про рекламу" від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.

6. Personal data and cookies

If the Service uses cookies, analytics, or other tracking that processes personal data, we process such data based on a lawful purpose and provide transparency and a lawful basis, including consent where required, under: Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.

7. Liability and risk

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for acts or omissions of rental providers, the condition of vehicles, or outcomes of provider bookings.

You use the Service at your own risk. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all listings will be accurate at all times.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or used the Service improperly.
